Initialize the global logging pipeline (stdout + optional OTLP trace/log
export) before any client is created. Process-global and idempotent: the
first call wins, later calls (including the implicit one inside
createClient) are no-ops, so it is safe to call this early and still pass
logOptions to createClient. Pass the same LogOptions you would give
createClient (level, stdoutLevel, structured, otelEndpoint,
resourceAttributes).
async is load-bearing: it runs on napi’s Tokio runtime so the OTLP tonic exporter build has a reactor (a sync #[napi] pub fn runs reactor-less on the JS thread and panics).
